Couto Management Group LLC in Eastern Massachusetts is seeking Managers to join our growing Dunkin’ shops network from the North Shore to Cape Cod. You’ll lead teams, uphold guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling reports and safety checks, ensuring courteous service, and preparing food and beverages per Dunkin specifications. Growth opportunities abound with internal promotions.

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Training and supervision of employees.
• Completing weekly reports, Safety Assessments, maintaining all records, etc.

• Prepares food and beverages (hot and cold) in accordance with Dunkin’ Donuts specifications
• Handles any additional projects or duties as assigned by Upper Management.
