Couto Management operates Dunkin’ shops across Eastern Massachusetts and is seeking Managers to join our growing team. You will train staff, supervise operations, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in quick service retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to become certified in Dunkin Brands courses and ServSafe where required.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise employees.
• Complete weekly reports and safety assessments, maintain records.
• Ensure courteous, accurate and efficient service to customers.
• Prepare food and beverages per Dunkin Donuts specs.
• Handle additional projects or duties from Upper Management.
