Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations and business initiatives.
• Models exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way OBW service model.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
