Qualifications

• Bachelor-like leadership exposure and ability to mentor teams would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved, improve processes, and drive store performance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expenses to align with sales and profit goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and Open Door Policy while promoting a culture of belonging.
