Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support and execute all store operations and merchandising in partnership with the Store Manager. You will coach the team to drive sales, protect assets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You may advance to Store Manager within 12 months if opportunities arise. Requires strong leadership, customer focus, and flexibility to work at peak times across locations.

Qualifications

• College preferred or 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale system and currency handling.
