Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Key Carrier to join the Store Management Team. The role supports daily store operations, including opening/closing, assisting customers, and guiding team members to drive sales storewide.

You will stay actively involved in sales, work toward goals, and help train associates. As Manager on Duty, you will supervise day-to-day activities, address customers, manage returns, and ensure the store looks clean and professional.

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive Mission, Vision.
• Perform cashier and sales tasks as needed.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet sales per hour.
• Act as Manager on Duty to supervise store associates and deliver customer service.
• Open and close store operations.
• Address customers and handle returns.
• Address associate assignments and supervision.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit, and reducing expenses.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment; report incidents.
• Understand and execute all company policies and participate in Loss Prevention.
• Any other duties as assigned.
