Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Store Operations Lead to ensure consistent execution of store operations that support a seamless customer experience and strong business performance. The role focuses on standardized work, inventory integrity, and adherence to processes across the store.

The position emphasizes execution, operational reporting, and collaboration with merchandising to uphold brand standards and drive sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment. High volume experience is preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with operational reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post-sale activities; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts and system overrides.
• Reinforce standardized SOPs through daily execution and report observations to leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns using problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate inventory with receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders including pickup and delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.
• Verify pricing and signage by audits; correct discrepancies promptly.
• Perform daily operational reporting across functions to identify errors and support corrective action.
• Provide sales floor support during high-traffic periods to maintain service standards.
