Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for a brand new store opening at the Tanger Outlet Mall in Byron Center, Michigan.

You will oversee daily store operations, support guest service goals, and lead a team to achieve sales and performance targets. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong merchandising and loss prevention knowledge, and the ability to train and onboard teammates while coordinating with store management and district leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent retail experience.
• Experience in retail operations and guest services.
• Ability to train and onboard teammates and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotions, merchandising, and loss-prevention efforts.
