Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations & Visual Leader to drive store operations and visual strategy. This role partners with the General Manager to keep the store customer-ready, manage inventory and labor planning, and execute visuals to maximize performance.

Responsibilities include leading a team, monitoring budgets and performance metrics, and maintaining a safe, engaging shopping environment while upholding ALO's guiding principles and brand standards across the sales floor and back of house.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agile with ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with General Manager.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor by leveraging performance data.
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.
• Support a safe, efficient store operation.
