Job summary

KwikFill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility for store operations. You will train staff, ensure policy compliance, and assist with daily tasks to support sales performance.

You will help manage customer service, merchandising, and cash handling while maintaining a neat, compliant store environment. This role requires availability two nights per week and three weekends per month.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in the training and motivation of all store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise.
• Stocking merchandise includes gondolas, shelving, counters, walk-in coolers, upright coolers, and backroom storage areas.
• Maintain the store in accordance with maintenance policies and conform to Health Department rules and regulations.
• Follow and enforce all security and safety policies and procedures.
• Account for all shift and daily transactions.
• Present a neat and clean appearance.
• Enforce dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store/ District Manager.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
