Job summary

KwikFill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility for daily store operations and train staff under Store and District Managers. You will supervise cash handling, customer service, stocking, and product rotation in a busy convenience store environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adherence to health and safety policies, and availability for at least two nights and three weekends per month. Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Ability to multi-task and strong organizational/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivation of store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment with accuracy.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage stock rotation and backroom storage.
