Job summary

KwikFill in Saint Marys, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility for daily store operations with the Store Manager and District Manager, including training and compliance with company policies. You will supervise staff, deliver customer service, handle cash and inventories, stock shelves, and ensure health and safety rules are followed; must work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.

Experience in convenience retail is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License required and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in the training and motivation of all store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service to customers.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage price and inventory controls.
