Job summary

KwikFill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share store operations with the Store Manager and District Manager, assisting in training and ensuring policy compliance. The role involves supervising daily activities, delivering solid customer service, and motivating team members.

You will learn cash handling, stocking, and merchandising tasks, while maintaining health and safety standards and ensuring a neat, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
• Ability to use POS and basic office equipment proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of staff to improve sales and service.
• Assist in training and motivating store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment.
• Stock and merchandise shelves, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory control, cash handling, and daily transactions.
• Explain and enforce store policies, security and safety procedures.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
