Job summary

KwikFill in Meadville, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility for daily store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and District Manager to train associates, ensure policies are followed, and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, coaching staff, delivering customer service, stocking, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Prior store experience helps but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivation of all store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment with accuracy.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage storage and rotation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in line with policies.
• Handle daily transactions and report discrepancies.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
