Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations. You will train and develop new staff, cover leadership duties on weekends, and ensure smooth store performance in adherence to company policies.

The role involves customer service, merchandising, POS operation, stocking, and maintaining store standards. This is an entry-level development position with responsibilities rotating into Assistant Manager duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Operate the cash register and related equipment accurately.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage stock and backroom areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with Health Department rules.
• Follow security and safety policies and report shortages/overages.
