• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandising, inventory flow and store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Supervises hourly associates, hires, trains, mentors and provides recognition to foster belonging in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy while upholding Walmart values and integrity.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and promotes continuous learning and adaptation across teams.
