• Associates will attend required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Ensure customer service standards; resolve customer issues.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Oversee operations: merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
