Family Dollar in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop a high‑performing team.

You will assist with merchandising and inventory, perform opening and closing procedures, support loss prevention, and train associates, all while maintaining a clean, well‑stocked store and a welcoming atmosphere.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and written skills are required.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
