Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Store management experience: 18 months minimum for <1.5M volume or 1 year for 1.5M+ volume.
• Manage 4+ staff in lower volume stores; 6+ staff in higher volume stores.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store based on company guidelines.
• Lead sales promotions and drive daily sales goals with the team.
• Train staff in customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and floor moves are executed.
• Manage loss prevention and cash controls per policy.
• Supervise payroll and banking procedures within guidelines.
• Communicate operational updates to the District Manager.
