Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, with a focus on customer service and loyalty.

When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads staff, ensures opening/closing procedures, and coordinates merchandising, pricing, stock, and displays. Full-time position in CA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical thinking and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing abilities expected.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some overtime and urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and crews to drive execution.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle inquiries and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Support maintenance of off-shelf merchandise and in-store merchandising efforts.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues and preserve customer confidentiality.
