Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance, while building loyalty through outstanding service. When managers are not onsite, this role leads the store and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

The role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining operations, and delivering a consistent customer experience, with a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store crews, coordinating with store management.
• Ensure smooth operations and execute opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues (myImpact, myCustomer, etc.).
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, plan and execute displays and promotions.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
