Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building consumer loyalty.

In this full-time role, you will supervise staff, manage opening and closing procedures, price and stock merchandise, and ensure displays and inventory are executed flawlessly while coaching teammates to uphold CVS standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the manager and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store crew, assign and follow up on activities, and communicate with management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and plan/display weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues on customer service and performance.
