Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution while building customer loyalty through exceptional service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the store and supervisory staff, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and supervisory skills, with a flexible part-time schedule and a pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when manager is not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
