Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a retail setting preferred.

Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

Handle the cash office, communicate with Home Office, and resolve merchandise payable matters.
Match and process invoices to ensure stock and order accuracy.
Assist in store operations and provide daily support to customers and team members.
Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the manager or at satellite locations.
Assist with assigning work and directing staff to manage multiple projects.
May assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
Routine housekeeping and store upkeep to maintain a clean, safe environment.
