Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including required cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes cash handling tasks including returns, refunds, cash drops, and providing change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, pricing updates, display development, and inventory accuracy.
