The role focuses on educating customers on product options, managing cash handling duties, and supporting store operations with a strong emphasis on core values and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by presenting options for products and services that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager and district/corporate if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and explain transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Count currency, balance cash drawer, and manage deposits as required.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
