Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador across its family of companies, including Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, and Cash Store.

You will ensure outstanding customer service while upholding regulatory standards and company values. The role involves educating customers on products, handling cash, performing transactions, and coordinating with store leadership to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by presenting product options and educating on services to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or other requests.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and cash handling in accordance with regulations.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Adhere to federal/state regulations and company procedures; complete compliance trainings.
