Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability of one or more retail locations in the district, including Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store brands. You will lead site operations, sales, customer service, and store level leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling expertise, regulatory compliance, and the ability to recruit and onboard Assistant Store Managers while traveling within the district as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously and provide store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options.
• Interact with customers, listening to confirm information and resolve complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations when needed.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, and requests.
• Handle currency, cash drawers, deposits and other cash handling duties.
• Balance receipts and assist with over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate recruiting, development and training for store targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores as needed.
• Support staff to deliver excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Assist with recruiting, selection, and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
