Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and develop staff while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and ensuring overall store performance.
• Manage schedules and develop actionable operational plans; identify training opportunities for team growth.
• Lead store personnel selection, onboarding, and interview processes.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and merchandising to maximize sales.
