Job summary

Five Below in West Bend, WI is seeking an experienced Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee receiving, stock displays, opening/closing routines, cash handling, and staff supervision, while coaching associates and training new hires to follow store policies and promotions. A minimum of 2 years in retail management is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Must have at least 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to lead and train store associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Manages store displays, signage, and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Performs opening/closing duties, including cash handling and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations and staff.
• Drives store sales and optimizes merchandising and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to follow policies.
