Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and promotional signage per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash, locks, alarms, and operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Monitors daily activities of associates and ensures effective performance.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes the market plan and inventory integrity per corporate guidelines.
