Job summary

Team Washington, Inc. operates a Domino’s Pizza franchise and seeks a results‑driven supervisor to oversee daily store operations. You will lead team members, ensure top‑notch customer service, manage labor and inventory, and uphold brand standards in food quality and cleanliness.

In this role you will work hands-on with the team, assist in scheduling, and support store objectives in sales and service while maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to lead the team on duty.
• Ability to enter and take orders using a computer/POS.
• Willingness to work with customers in person or over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensures customers are welcomed and staff are responsive and courteous.
• Monitors food preparation and service to meet brand standards.
• Assists with opening/closing and prep lists.
• Manages labor scheduling to balance business needs and labor costs.
• Provides training and guidance to team members.
