Job summary

Team Washington, Inc., the Domino’s Pizza franchise serving the Washington DC metro area, is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of sales, costs, and customer service objectives.

You will lead a front-line team, ensure hospitality, maintain product quality and sanitation, manage scheduling and labor cost targets, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with management and customers.
• Strong multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead the team on duty and manage labor costs.
• Ability to enter orders and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Maintain food quality, portioning, image and service per brand standards.
• Assist in opening/closing and preparation tasks.
• Train employees and promote a productive working environment.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Schedule labor based on anticipated business activity and labor cost targets.
