Job summary

Team Washington, Inc. seeks a store supervisor to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives across sales, costs, retention, customer service and food quality.

You will lead teams to ensure friendly service, proper food preparation, and adherence to brand standards, while supporting scheduling and labor cost objectives in a fast-paced Domino's Pizza environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food preparation to brand standards, portions and image.
• Assist in opening/closing tasks and prep lists.
• Manage labor by scheduling based on activity and labor cost objectives.
• Support store objectives in sales, service and cleanliness through training.
