Job summary

Team Washington, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to assist in daily oversight and execution of sales, costs, and customer service objectives for a Domino's Pizza location.

You will help ensure food quality, sanitation, and teamwork while supporting opening/closing activities and scheduling to meet business needs. The role emphasizes leading the team on duty, maintaining brand standards, and delivering a welcoming customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management, and customers, take and process orders
• Superb ability to multi-task
• Ability to function in a dynamic, fasted paced environment

• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

Responsibilities

• Assists in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee store in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and team members are courteous and service-oriented.
• Supervise food/products prepared and served according to brand standards.
• Assist in opening, closing and preparation lists.
• Manage labor by scheduling and ensuring staffing aligns with activity and cost targets.
• Maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Support product management and deliveries to meet brand standards.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
