Responsibilities

• Oversees store in the absence of the General Manager and ensures adherence to policies and standards.
• Ensures customers feel welcome, and team members are responsive, courteous, friendly and service-oriented.
• Supervises food preparation and service to meet brand standards including portioning and image.
• Assists with opening/closing and preparing daily task lists.
• Manages labor scheduling and coordinates deliveries to control costs.
• Provides feedback to General and Regional Managers and participates in training.
