Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• English fluency.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic math calculations used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all areas of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Manage payroll administration, scheduling, and payroll reporting.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt Associates.
• Control expenses and payroll hours to meet budget and trends.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain merchandise presentation.
