Job summary

You will open/close the store, supervise associates, and ensure company processes are followed with excellence. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, English fluency, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems; availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise operations when Manager on Duty.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area.
• Execute and supervise Company processes as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and Associates.
• Provide excellent customer service and supervise store staff.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Assist with front-end workflow to expedite customer wait times and improve service.
• Manage payroll administration and associate scheduling as required.
