Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads the entire operation of the Store to ensure Company standards and best practices are met.
• Staffs, trains and develops leadership team to deliver sales and profit results.
• Manages the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and proper receiving.
• Oversees payroll administration and Associate scheduling compliance within budgets.
• Maintains a clean, easy to shop environment and ensures safety and compliance with policies.
