Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and performance. When the manager is offsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening and closing tasks are completed and customer service remains top-notch.

You will coach colleagues, maintain confidentiality, and promote a positive shopping experience while handling customer questions and issues per policy. This role is part-time with a 25-hour weekly expectation.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a part-time schedule with flexibility and shifts when needed, including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store operations when the manager is not onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Provide customer service, coach colleagues, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
