Job summary

West Marine is seeking a Supervisory role to lead the team and optimize store operations in New Orleans. You will actively greet customers, train Crew Members on sales techniques, and drive toward annual sales targets while ensuring excellent service and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, outstanding communication, and the ability to manage inventory, pricing, and store standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent store operations.
• Actively greet and engage customers to meet their boating needs.
• Plan and drive results to achieve business goals.
• Equip Crew Members to handle diverse transactions for seamless customer experiences.
• Oversee operations in Hub locations as required.
• Maintain price changes and pricing audits.
• Complete open Omni orders by end of day and serve as Manager on Duty.
