Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Albertville Premium Outlets in Albertville, MN. This role combines sales leadership, store operations, and people management to drive performance and brand experience.

The Assistant Manager will lead openings and closings, supervise teams, manage staffing and payroll, and develop non-management staff while delivering exceptional customer service and enforcing brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion trend awareness.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate point-of-sale systems.
