Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Murray, UT to support the Store Manager across operations and sales. This role will drive customer relationships, supervise inventory, and coach a team in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

The position includes opening/closing duties, overhead management, and a path toward Store Manager responsibilities. Overtime and keyholder duties may be required to ensure store continuity.

• Experience leading a store or team in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and sales execution.
