Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or trade school training a plus.
• Willingness to learn automotive products.
• Leadership experience in retail or service roles.
• Customer-centric mindset and relationship building.
• Experience with inventory systems and cataloging.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Experience in parts store, automotive, or retail management.
• ASE certifications a plus.
• NAPA Know How a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and cash reconciliation.
• Coach team, monitor metrics, and ensure store continuity.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Uphold safety and asset protection standards.
• Perform or supervise inventory, receiving and deliveries.
