Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service environment.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket retail or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory systems.
• Experience in a parts/retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory health, labor/scheduling, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Execute or oversee opening and closing routines including security and cash reconciliation.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, compliance docs, performance tracking.
• Monitor store metrics and problem solve to improve outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for store functions.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Drive safety, asset protection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
