Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to support the Store Leader in delivering exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations at our Hershey store. The role focuses on inventory management, merchandising, and staff development to uphold brand standards and achieve sales targets.

You will lead by example, train teammates on operational procedures, and collaborate on strategies to enhance the customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing store teams and operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling inventory, stock replenishment, and scheduling.
• Ability to train staff on visual merchandising standards and brand storytelling.
• Effective communication with customers and staff to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Maintain brand visual standards through compelling product displays and seasonal updates.
• React to sell-through trends and collaborate on product focuses to drive performance.
• Lead training on product knowledge, launches, and brand storytelling for team Members.
• Ensure size integrity and stock replenishment on the sales floor, and coordinate with leadership on inventory accuracy.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
