SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader in delivering operational excellence, achieving business results, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive inventory management, visual merchandising, and team training to uphold brand standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team of store associates.
• Strong organizational skills for daily operations including inventory and scheduling.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and manage shipment handling with team accountability.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, and on-floor size integrity; communicate sell-through with Store Leader.
• Train staff on operational standards and brand guidelines; enforce safety and security policies.
