Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Firearms background check may be required for facilities selling firearms.
• May require a current state certificate of eligibility for facilities selling ammunition.
• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching to uphold service standards.
• Drive store financials by managing budget, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved; promote a culture of customer service excellence.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, inventory flow and shrink reduction strategies.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates, promote belonging and performance across the team.
