Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, coach associates, and promote a culture of belonging and accountability.
• Drive store performance through merchandising, budgeting, and shrink-control initiatives.
