Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support team development. You will assist with opening and closing procedures, organize merchandise, and maintain seasonal displays to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
